NOTE: Number of users at a Call Center using Manual Routing Data for Call Centers is described as:
The maximum number of call takers applicable to those Call Center services that may receive calls requiring emergency relay to a 9-1-1 Public Safety Answering Point, for any shift of operations.
Example: If the Call Center has several services using call takers, the highest number of call takers for all services for any shift is 10, but only a maximum of 5 call takers are supporting services that receive calls that could have emergency relay needs, then the number of users utilizing NENA’s Manual Routing database would be 5.
The base price of $6,000 would be multiplied by the identified Price Multiplier to determine purchase price.
