The PSAP Contacts Listing was developed for 9-1-1 Service Providers to have the information needed to contact PSAPs within their established service areas for initial service establishment or ongoing service provisioning issues.  Other limited legitimate uses for NENA validated governmental information gathering may also be supported,

  • Available to telecom service providers with established NENA Company ID or validated governmental or government supported entities
  • Includes Primary PSAP’s only
  • Distribution Options: CD mailing, or email file attachment
  • Updates will be supplied quarterly in Microsoft Excel format
  • Pricing:
    • $5,000 per year for all NENA USA Regions (see NENA USA Regions tab)
    • $2,500 per year for 1 NENA USA Region (see NENA USA Regions tab)
