We have just promoted one of our call takers to the position of dispatcher. She iswheelchair bound. Do you have any ideas on what we can implement to facilitate herdispatching training and education? She is very talented and quick with her fingers.However, she has no use of her legs or feet. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I download the E911 powerpoint tutorial from www.nena9-1-1.org/committee/tutor_v3.ppthowever my version of Powerpoint 97 Sr2 was unable to open the file. I’ve downloaded thefile twice with the same results. Has anyone else reported a problem opening? Would it bepossible for you to email me the document directly?
