Pre-conference Courses
Develop your skills and enhance your career by registering for a one-day educational pre-conference course. At a fee of only $225 per course, each class is designed to provide hands-on training for emergency communicators, supervisors, directors and others in 9-1-1. Fee includes instruction, course materials and refreshment breaks.

E9-1-1 Institute Awards Ceremony and Banquet

Join us for a memorable dinner banquet and awards ceremony to honor outstanding individuals who have demonstrated heroism and leadership with respect to 9-1-1 services and emergency communications. This event is hosted by the Congressional E9-1-1 Caucus Co-Chairs, including Senator Conrad Burns (R-MT), Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton (D-NY), and Representatives John Shimkus (R-IL), and Anna Eshoo (D-CA).

All sessions will be held at the Hilton Crystal City at Washington Reagan National Airport, 2399 Jefferson Davis Highway, Arlington, Virginia, 22202.

To book a room at the special NENA rate of $159/night, please call (703) 418-6800. Complimentary shuttle service is provided to and from Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA), the Crystal City Metro Station, and nearby attractions. The parking rate is $16 per day.

Registration

The fee is $295 and includes the two-day CIF program, registration materials, lunches and refreshment breaks. Forum attendees receive a $75 discount off the registration price if they also attend a pre-conference course. ENPs can also receive an ENP discount of $50.
