e.g. Flyers to citizens documenting concerns of a wireless call, the importance of knowing your phone number and location, etc.

Work with each wireless vendor to assure proper 9-1-1 routing.

Request the 7X24 trouble number from each wireless vendor.

Request maps from wireless vendors denoting cell tower locations and cell sector coverages.

Establish a MSAG valid address for each cellular tower and cell sector.

4) Assure that each 9-1-1 call taker has access to 7-digit number of each main 9-1-1communication center for each of the 67 Florida Counties (Florida 9-1-1 System ContactDirectory).

5) Establish equipment and system needs.

Conduct a survey to determine equipment and network needs to implement a wireless 9-1-1 solution.
